President Trump is making heads turn in more

ways than one this time around after sharing

his fears for America’s declining birthrate.

The American head of state mentioned how

he’s keenly interested in rolling out a Baby

Bonus program worth $5000 for every new

child’s mom. But it does not stop there.

He also wants to roll out menstrual classes to

improve the chances of getting pregnant, as per

the report.

Birthrates have continued to decline for a while

now since the year 1960, from 3.65 births per

woman to 1.66 births per woman every day.

Other than raising the country’s birthrate, he

also wants to improve access to in-vitro

fertilization, which is expected to be a part of

Trump’s cultural agenda, as per the New York

Times, which shared more proposal details

sought by the administration.

Other possibilities include the 30% Fulbright

fellowship for those married or having kids, and

educating women on their menstrual cycles and

natural means of fertility.

As shared by the New York Times, policy

experts and advocates revealed more about

boosting the birthrate, and they’ve been

meeting up with aides from the White House

and even handing in more proposals to better

convince women to have more babies.
